摘要
目的对八珍养生胶囊药效结果进行评价,为临床用药提供参考。方法采用小鼠抗疲劳实验、八珍养生胶囊对小鼠常压耐缺氧能力的影响、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬实验、八珍养生胶囊对环磷酰胺中毒小鼠的影响、八珍养生胶囊对幼年小鼠免疫器官重量的影响等一系列药效学实验方法。结果八珍养生胶囊有促进小鼠生长发育、提高小鼠抗疲劳、耐缺氧能力的作用、对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能有增强作用和对幼鼠免疫器官有增重作用,并可对抗环磷酰胺对小鼠的毒副作用。结论八珍养生胶囊在减少环磷酰胺毒副作用、促进小鼠生长发育等方面作用优于一洲洋参丸。
Objective To correctly evaluate the pharmacodynamics of Bazhen Yangsheng capsule, to provide the scientific basis for its clinical usage. Methods The research adopted anti-tired test of mice, influence of Bazhen Yangsheng Capsule to mice＇s lack oxygen on common pressure,engulfing test of mice＇s peritomeal macrophage, influence of Bazhen Yangsheng capsule to poisoned mice for cyclophosphamide, influence of young mice＇s immuno-organ weight, and a series of pharmacodynamic tests. Result Bazhen Yangsheng capsule could improve growing and antitired and bearing lack oxygen, enhance engulfing capacity of peritomeal macrophage, increase young immuo-organ weight, and reduce cyclophosphamide＇s toxic and side action of mice. Conclusion Bazhen Yangsheng capsule took advantage of Yizhou Yangshen pill in reducing toxic and side action of cyclophosphamide and improving mice＇s growing etc.
