摘要
汉丹流域是南水北调中线工程水源地,汉丹流域生态经济圈建设是一项巨大的可持续发展的环保工程,不仅具有重要的经济效益,同时还具有重要的政治效应。文章对其自然环境和水土流失进行了分析,提出了建设汉丹流域生态经济圈的概念,思路与措施,并从建立生态补偿机制、城镇化建设、旅游开发、生态绿色产品、依法保护环境等方面提出了设想与对策。
The Hanjiang River Region is the source of the Middle-line Project of South-north Water Transferring,so the eco-economy circle construction is a huge environmental protection project of sustainable development with important economy returns and political significance.In the paper,the author has analyzed the natural environment and soil erosion,proposed the conception,ways and measures of the Eco-economy Circle Construction,and produced some thoughts and countermeasures in ecological compensation mechanism,town building,tourist development,ecological green products and environmental protection by laws.
