摘要
亚硝酸盐因其特殊的性质被广泛应用,但毒性极强,需要及时检测。文章介绍了用离子色谱加标法,只需要把试样离心,过滤膜,然后加标准样品,进样检测。该法能快速、高效地测定复杂不确定基体下的低深度亚硝酸盐。
For its special properties,nitrite was widely used.But it had highly toxic,and needed to be determinated in time.A method called ion chromatography standard addition method was introduced,which only needed to centrifugate the sample,filtrated the sample in filtration membrane,then added standard liquids,and injected it for determination.This method could present the benefits of rapidity and high-efficiency for determination of low concentration nitrite in complex and uncertain matrix.
