摘要
本文建立的大型煤粉锅炉炉膛燃烧、传热一维数学模型可以对各种运行工况条件下的炉膛介质温度、水冷壁吸收热流密度、燃烧释热率等热力参数的一维分布值进行分析计算。通过对三个不同型号锅炉的计算分析并与原设计计算结果进行比较,证明此数学模型是合理的。
A combustion and heat transfer one dimensional mathematical model has been set up for the analytical computation of one dimensional distribution magnitudes of such thermodynamic parameters as furnace gas temperatures , water wall absorption heat flux density, heat release rate, etc. under various operating conditions. The calculation and analysis of three different models of boilers and a comparison of the calculated results with original design data have validated the rationality of the adopted mathematical model.
