摘要
以某煤矿煤矸砖隧道窑余热回收利用系统为原型,建立了煤矸砖隧道窑余热回收利用系统的数学模型,研究了煤矸砖隧道窑内燃烧、传热过程,分析了余热回收利用设备分别放置在燃烧段、冷却段、燃烧段和冷却段连接处时隧道窑内的温度分布,模拟结果表明,取热设备的安装位置对隧道窑内温度分布,特别是对燃烧段温度有一定的影响,为保证矸砖烧制质量,应考虑取热设备安放位置对燃烧段矸砖温度的影响.
The numerical simulation model of coal gangue brick tunnel kiln system in one coal mine was established to study the waste heat recovery.The heat transfer in the coal gangue brick tunnel kiln was studied.The effect of location of the waste heat recovery equipment on the temperature distribution in the tunnel kiln was studied by placing the equipment at combustion section,cooling section and joint of combustion section and cooling section respectively.The simulation results show that location of heat equipment in the tunnel has a certain degree influence on kiln temperature distribution,especially on the the combustion paragraph temperature.In order to ensure the calcined quality of coal gangue brick,consideration should be given access location of the hot combustion equipment brick temperature The effect of the waste heat recovery equipment on the temperature of the coal gangue brick should be considered.
