摘要
本文介绍了采用电火花(ECM)加磨粒挤压研磨加工和未经挤压加工的二组喷油嘴进行喷油规律测试和柴油机性能对比试验。试验表明经磨粒挤压研磨加工的喷油嘴对柴油机的外特性烟度、油耗等性能指标有较明显的改善。
This paper describes the tests of the injector nozzle with abrasive extrusion lapping after EDM and that without abrasive extrusion lapping after EDM in order to draw a comparison in injection rate shape and diesel engine performance. The tests show, in comparison with the nozzle without abrasive extrusion lapping, obvious improvements in smoke and fuel consumption have been achieved in that with abrasive extrusion lapping.
