摘要
一、前言 能源系统的分析、优化设计常采用的是热力学方法、技术经济方法、经济优化方法、热经济学方法等。我们在使用这些方法时发现,经济优化方法及热经济学方法在很大程度上受到能源政策和价格体系等经济环境的影响和制约。如果价格体系不合理,那么在这样一个扭曲的经济环境中进行优化设计,其结果就可能不是最优的。
The energy/cost method (ECM) for energy systems is proposed in this paper. The rala-tions among ECM and TDM (Thermodynamic method) and TEM (Thermoeconomic method) are studied. α, the weighted coefficient is suggested and the way to fix a is gived. The variety regularity of α and optimization device of ECM are analysed. ECM is very useful for enacting policy and developing items of saveing energy.
