摘要
目的调查基层医院护士长的工作压力。方法以问卷的形式对302名基层医院的护理人员(10.8%护士长)及58名基层医院的护士长进行关于其工作压力的调查。结果研究发现基层医院的临床护士所面临的工作压力明显比护士长高。护士长所承受的工作压力与其投身护士职业的时间长短和任职护士长的时间长短无明显的关系。同时,该研究分析了基层医院的护士长所面临的主要工作压力源,工作量及时间分配问题。结论基层医院护士长在工作中面临不同的压力,各单位应予积极的支持与配合。
Objective To investigate the stressors and stress levels of the head nurses in primary hospital. Methods To investigate the stressors and stress levels of 302 nurses （10. 8% head nurses） in primary hospital. And to investigate the stressors and stress levels of 58 head nurses in primary hospital. Results The results of study revealed that the clinical nurses suffered significant stress more than the head nurses. Meanwhile, the results of study revealed that there were not significant relationships between the duration of occupation and the duration of being as a ＂head nurse＂. As the same time, the study analyzed that the major stressor was amount of work and time allocation among the head nurses in primary hospital. Conclusion The head nurses in primary hospital were facing different kinds of work pressure, the relative departments should give more supports and helps.
