摘要
目的了解在编护士和非在编护士的工作压力源是否存在区别,以提高护士的心理健康水平。方法采取方便取样法,选取某三级甲等医院部分工作年限≥1年的在编护士93名和非在编护士92名作为调查对象,采用护士工作压力源量表对其进行调查。结果两组护士压力源5个方面的得分差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);在“管理及人际关系方面的问题”中,与在编护士组比较,非在编护士组在“护理管理者的批评过多”“与护理管理者发生冲突”两个条目上得分较高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论非在编护士在管理及人际关系方面压力较高,应引起管理者的重视,设法减轻或消除引起压力的因素,以促进护士的身心健康。
Objective To learn the differences between of work pressure sources between the official and unofficial nurses, so as to improve nurses' psychological health. Methods 93 official nurses and 92 unofficial nurses were selected from a Grade 3-A hospital, and were investigated with Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire. Results The results showed no statistical difference in terms of five respects scores for this questionnaire between the two groups. There were higher score in respect of "more criticism from administrator" and "conflicts with administrator" among unofficial nurses than those among official nurses. Conclusions The stress is comparatively high among unofficial nurses, which should be addressed by administrators who should try their best to alleviate or eliminate factors causing stress in order to improve nurses' phychological and psychological health.
