摘要
为提高硅藻土矿利用价值,对硅藻土矿进行了微波处理、微波酸处理、微波预处理后酸处理改性。研究结果表明:微波处理和微波酸处理能提高硅藻土纯度,并使硅藻土矿粒产生裂纹、微孔增加、比表面积增大9%和64%、硅藻土矿的氮气吸附能力增加20%~100%,但不改变硅藻土的微观结构;微波预处理后酸处理硅藻土的氮气吸附能力减小27%~60%。随着微波功率或温度的升高,酸处理硅藻土矿的比表面积与氮气吸附能力呈增加趋势。
Diatomite ores were modified by microwave treatment, microwave-acid treatment or acid treatment after microwave treatment to increase their utilization value. The results show that both microwave and microwave-acid treatments increase the diatomite purity, induce the inside ore particles crack the diatomite particles and increase the porosity of diatomite. Specific surface areas increased by 9% and 64% respectively, and the nitrogen adsorption capacities by 20%-100%. No transformation of the microstructure was observed. However, For the diatomite treated with acid after a microwave pretreatment the nitrogen adsorption capacities of decreased by 27% -60%. The specific surface area and nitrogen adsorption capacity of the acid-heated diatomite ores increase with the increase of power or the temperature of the microwave.
