摘要
利用新生小牛皱胃,通过吸附、离心、超滤浓缩等方法提取凝乳酶,结果表明,该方法提取工艺简单、耗时短、产品纯度高、酶活可达102万U/g,比目前市场销售的Sigma凝乳酶产品2万U/g高出50倍,产品收率为1.71%,是一种生产成本低,适合于产业化生产凝乳酶的新工艺.
The calf rennin is extracted from calf abomasum with adsorption,centrifugal and filtration enrichment etc.The results showed that the new technology is simple,time-consuming short and high purity.Rennin activity may reached 1×106 IU/g,it is fifty times more over the rennin(2×104 IU/g) sold by SIGMA with the yield rates of 1.71%.Such the methd is a new manufacturing-cost technology which is suitable for industrial production.
