摘要
传统的医学教育观已经不能适应当今社会政治、经济、文化发展的需要,也不能适应提高国民素质、建设创新型国家的需要。由此,本文提出新形势下的高等医学教育应当遵循以人为本,以教师为主导,以学生为主体的原则,注重医学生的综合素质培养,全面提高医学生的创新和实践能力。
Traditional medical education idea not only can＇t meet the needs of the socio-political,economic and cultural development now,but also can＇t meet the needs of the national quality enhancement and the innovation nation construction.In the new situation of higher medical education,colleges and universities should be followed in the people-oriented idea,the teacher-led,student-centered principles,focusing on the medical students＇ comprehensive quality training,to improve the innovative and practical ability of medical students.
