摘要
我国乒乓球"举国体制"培养模式是中国竞技乒乓球运动保持长盛不衰的根本保证,建国以来"举国体制"的培养方式造就了大量的世界冠军,使中国的乒乓球事业蓬勃发展。随着中国改革开放的深入和对人才需求的不断变化,原有的培养模式已不能满足竞技乒乓球运动可持续发展的需要。本文运用文献资料、数理统计、访谈法等研究方法,对在各个历史时代下我国乒乓球举国体制培养模式对我国所起的作用与影响进行了调查分析,并对我国举国体制培养模式运行过程中所存在的问题进行归纳与总结,提出了相关的建议,以促进我国乒乓球运动更好地向前发展。
China table tennis ＂System＂ mode of competitive table tennis is the fundamental guarantee stay focused,since the founding of the ＂System＂ training method created a lot of world champions the cause of the vigorous development of China＇s table tennis.With the deepening of China＇s reform and opening up,and talent needs change,the original training model can not meet the competitive needs of the sustainable development of table tennis.In this paper,literature,statistics,interviews and other research methods,each historical era in the National System of table tennis training model on the role and influence were investigated and analyzed,and the National System of China during training mode to summarize the problems and summarizes relevant recommendations made to facilitate our better development of table tennis.
