摘要
全球妇女峰会发布的全球女性董事报告显示,除北欧国家,世界其他国家或地区的女性董事参与董事会都比较困难。2007—2009年我国1320家上市公司的数据统计显示,我国女性董事的比例较低,且增长较为缓慢。为更好地促进女性参与董事会,可以借鉴北欧国家的成功经验,采用强制性的政策规定,下达董事会女性董事配额,或在证券交易和公司治理准则中对女性董事比例进行规定。
Women Directors Report published by Global Summit of Women shows that besides Nordic countries,in other countries or areas women to be on the board are more difficult.Statistics of 1320 listed Chinese companies from 2007 to 2009 shows that the percent of women directors is very low.Meanwhile,the growth is slow.To better promote the participation of women directors,we can use the successful experience of the Nordic countries,adopt the compulsory policy,and make regulations in securities exchange and principles of corporate governance.
