摘要
应用化学分析、X射线衍射、岩相和差热分析等方法,研究了水玻璃型壳中Na_2O的行为变化及其与型壳高温力学性能的关系,讨论了高温反应机制和Na_2O的生产控制。
The relatiop between change of sodium oxide in ceramic shell mould and its mechanical properties at high temperature were studied by using chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, polarization microscope and DTA, etc.,The reaction mechanism of high temperature and production control of sodium oxide were also discussed.
