摘要
本文论述了铸造铝—石墨复合材料的性能,这种复合材料就是在Al-4.5Cu-Si-Mg合金中直接加入石墨粒子。研究了石墨粒子的大小、分布、含量对机械性能及耐磨性的影响。通过比较重力铸造和挤压铸造,发现挤压铸件的性能优于重力铸件。铝—石墨复合材料具有优良的耐磨性能,可用作活塞和轴承材料。
The performance of the cast Aluminium Graphite composites have been investigated. The composites are prepared by directly adding graphite particles to the molten base alloy-Al-4.5Cu-Si-Mg. The effects of the size, distribution and content of graphite particle upon mechanical properties and wear resistance are studied. The composites is also made of squeeze and gravity casting, it is found that the properties of sgueeze casting is superior to those of gravity casting. The cast aluminium graphite composites have excellent wear resistance and can be used as a good piston and bearing materials.
