摘要
超声波具有机械效应、热效应和空化效应,不破坏活体,无污染,可延长农副产品的保质期,提高产品品质。作为一个无污染的清洁处理技术,超声波技术在提取、杀菌、均质和检测等方面得到广泛应用。阐述了超声波技术在农副产品生产中的研究进展。
Ultrasonic technique was widely used in various fields as a pollution-free clean process technology,for its mechanical effect,thermal effect and cavitation effects.Ultrasonic technique has carried out large-scale application in extraction,pasteurization,homogenization and testing and so on.This article focused on the applications of ultrasonic technique in agricultural production.For undermining the living and no pollution,it can extend their shelf life and improve product quality.
