摘要
研制用于铝合金焊缝跟踪的光电传感器,使其达到高精度的传感效果,从而实现铝合金直线、折线的焊缝跟踪.首先提出一种加权比较的信号处理方法,得出经验数学模型,再通过多次实验保证传感器的精度达到1mm以内,以满足生产要求.该光电传感器结构简单,跟踪精度高,具有很强的实用性.
We try to develop a kind of photoelectric sensor based on the seam tracking of the aluminum alloy,which can achieve highly precise sensing effect.The photoelectric sensor can achieve the purpose of straight line and folding line seam tracking.This paper presents a weighted comparative signal processing method,and get experience mathematical model.We try to obtain the sensor precision of 1mm through experiments so as to meet the production requirement.The photoelectric sensor is simple in structure,precise and practical in tracking.
