抗抑郁药物瑞波西汀的临床应用 被引量：4

摘要 目的介绍瑞波西汀对抑郁症的药理作用以及临床应用研究进展。方法综述近年来国内外相关报道。结果瑞波西汀通过去甲肾上腺素(NE)再摄取抑制效应抗抑郁,适用于不典型抑郁症、伴躯体疼痛的抑郁症、季节性情感障碍、伴帕金森病的重度抑郁和卒中后阻滞性抑郁。瑞波西汀联合多巴胺(DA)激动剂,治疗激越性抑郁或阻滞性抑郁有明显疗效。瑞波西汀的不良反应有焦虑、失眠、头痛、心动过速、出汗、诱发房性期前收缩和室性期前收缩、排尿迟疑、抑制勃起、引起早泄、体重减轻及中度抗胆碱能效应。结论瑞波西汀是一种服用方便、安全有效、起效迅速的新型抗抑郁药物,值得临床推广。
