摘要
目的:探讨角化棘皮瘤的临床病理特征及鉴别诊断。方法:对24例角化棘皮瘤临床资料、组织病理学特征进行分析,并结合文献进行讨论。结果:发生于臀部1例,鼻前庭1例,其余均发生于曝光部位,均为单发型。肿瘤呈半球状突出于皮肤表面,中央充满角质栓,似"火山口"样,边缘有唇状表皮包绕。结论:角化棘皮瘤的诊断依据特征性的临床与病理特点,应与皮肤鳞状细胞癌相鉴别,局部完整切除皮损预后较好。
Objective：To explore the clinicopathologic features and differential diagnosis of keratoacanthoma. Methods：Clinical data and histopathological features of twenty-four cases bearing keratoacanthoma were retrospectively analyzed and discussed with review of the literature. Results：Except one case occurred in the hip,and 1 case in the nasal vestibule,all the rest occurred in the sun-exposed areas and were solitary type.Tumors were protruding from the skin surface as hemispherical and the central bolt was full of horny,like volcano,edge-like skin surrounding the lips. Conclusions：Diagnosis of keratoacanthoma depend on the characteristic clinical and pathological features.Differential diagnosis should be addressed in the case of squamous cell carcinoma in skin.Good prognosis could be achieved by completely resection of the local lesion.
