摘要
不管是早期接触临床还是对医学生医患沟通能力的注重与培养都是我国医学教育的薄弱环节。目前的教育模式常常导致基础与临床严重脱节。本文简单概括了医学生早期接触临床的重要意义,提出了改革目前医学教育模式的具体办法,并且对在早期接触临床过程中加强对医学生医患沟通能力的培养进行了初步的探讨。
Both early contact with clinical work and training medical students＇ doctor-patient communication skills are weak points in China＇ s medical education. The current mode of education often leads to a serious disconnection between basic and clinical medicine. This paper briefly summarizes the importance of early contact with clinical work, proposes measures of reforming medical education mode, and explores how to improve medical students＇ doctor-patient communication skills.
