摘要
采用显式动力学分析程序LS-DYNA进行快锻液压机模拟仿真,得到了液压机机架在打击时的应力、应变分布情况。把液压机打击过程当作一个非线性、动态的碰撞问题来研究,得到了机架上的应力、变形均小于静力学分析的结果,为液压机的轻量化设计提供了理论依据。
The explicit dynamic analysis program LS-DYNA is adopted to perform analog simulation for fast forging hydraulic press and obtain stress and strain distribution of hydraulic press frame when harming.The harming process of hydraulic press is researched as non-linear and dynamic impaction,and the results of stress and deformation are small than that of statics analysis,which provides theoretical reference for light-weighting design of hydraulic press.
