摘要
采用显式动力学分析方法对汽车座椅的锁块进行承载特性的研究分析,通过显式动力学求解分析,获取了锁块任意时刻的响应行为,捕捉到物理实验无法获得中间段的微观响应行为。通过对座椅地锁系统的显式计算和试验数据对比,两者保持了很好的一致性,为系统的设计优化提供了理论依据。
The explicit dynamic analysis method was introduced to study bearing characteristics of car seat lock block, to obtain the response behavior of lock block at any time, and capture the microscopic response behavior at middle segment which cannot be obtained from physical experiments. By comparing explicit calculations and experimental data of seat lock system, it reveals that they have a good consistency which provides a theoretical basis for system design optimization.
