摘要
To select strains suitable to submerged fermentation is a early stage work for fermentable production of Morchella mycellium.This paper reports the experiment with Morchella esculenta,M.conica and M.crassipes as materials,based on 3 contrast tests,the strains of M.esculenta were screened out which were more suitable to submerged fermentation.
