摘要
在利用F_2、BC等分离世代进行质量一数量性状的遗传研究中,有时会遇到多环境试验的数据.本文提出应用混合分布模型对多环境试验数据进行联合分析以及测验主基因型与环境互作及环境效应的统计方法,并给出了一个应用实例.
In the genetic studies of qualitative-quantitative traits using segregating generations such as F2 and BC, there may be sometimes data from multiple-environment experiments. In this paper, statistical methods for jointly analyzing data from multiple-environment experiments and testing genotype-by-environment interaction of major genes and environmental effect based on mixture-distribution models were proposed. A practical example was given.
