摘要
研究了氟苯尼考在日本鳗鲡和欧洲鳗鲡体内的残留消除规律.在25℃下,以30 mg/kg的剂量多次口灌给药后1、2、3、5、8、12、20、30 d,取鳗鲡的血浆和肌肉、肝脏、肾脏等样品,加入内标氯霉素混合,经萃取过滤后采用反相高效液相色谱法检测,测定的平均回收率在97.8%~101.3%之间,日内变异系数为(3.23±0.49)%,日间变异系数为(4.08±0.85)%.氟苯尼考在鳗鲡体内消除较慢,在日本鳗鲡和欧洲鳗鲡血浆中的半衰期分别达7.8 d和8.3 d.氟苯尼考的最高残留限量,如规定为0.2μg/g,则日本鳗鲡和欧洲鳗鲡用药后的最大休药期分别是38.7 d和28.5 d;如规定为1μg/g,则最大休药期分别是19.0 d和11.2 d.
In this paper,the elimination pattern of florfenicol in Japanese eel(Anguilla japonica)and European eel(A.anguilla)was studied.Some days after multiple daily gavage of florfenicol at 30 mg every 1 kg body weight,the plasma,muscle,liver and kidney samples of eels were collected,mixed with internal standard chloramphenicol,extracted and filtered,and then tested by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography.The average recovery was from 97.8% to 101.3%.Inter-day variability was(3.23±0.49)% and intra-day variability was(4.08±0.85)%.Florfenicol was depleted so slowly in eel that half-life(t1/2) in plasma of Japanese eel and European eel came to 7.8d and 8.3d.In case maximum residue limit of florfenicol was 0.2 μg/g,the longest withdrawal time in Japanese eel and European eel following administration were 38.7 d and 28.5 d respectively.But if the limit was 1 μg/g,the time must be 19.0 d and 11.2 d respectively.
