摘要
文中基于ADINA有限元分析软件,参照已建成的15万m3大型储罐参数,建立了三种不同的立式网壳储罐模型和常规储罐模型,分别进行了盛水条件下的非线性静力仿真分析,获得了不同立式网壳储罐各层的应力,并与已建成的储罐的实测应力进行了对比分析。结果表明:采用全高设置网架杆件的网壳储罐能有效降低储罐的应力。
According to parameters of one built 15×104m3 tank,three different vertical latticed shell tank models and one conventional tank model were built by using ADINA software.Non-linear static analysis of the models filled with water were separately carried out,stress of each layer of vertical latticed shell tank was acquired,and all the results were coMPared to the data of testing.Results show that latticed shell tank with gird all over the whole height of tank can effectively reduce stress.
