摘要
对柔性压电传感器的原理及灵敏度计算进行理论分析,对柔性压电传感器的结构进行设计并且对柔性压电传感器的性能进行测试。对柔性压电传感器的粘贴工艺进行了研究,初步得到柔性压电传感器的性能指标,为其以后在飞行试验中的应用奠定基础。
The sensitive principle,sensitivity calculation,and dynamic strain responses of flexible piezoelectric sensor are studied.Based on these,the design and performance test of flexible piezoelectric sensors are taken.Finally,sticking technology of flexible piezoelectric sensor is researched.The preliminary performance indexes of flexible piezoelectric sensor are acquired,which lay a foundation for its application in future flight tests.
