Pathogenesis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy

摘要 糖尿病肾病(DN)的发病机制未完全明了,近年来发现DN的发病与炎性反应、缓激肽减少、足细胞损伤及microRNA等有关。由于DN的发病机制复杂,尚缺乏特效治疗,目前主张除控制蛋白摄入及优化血糖控制外,肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统阻断剂、他汀类药物、螺内酯及霉酚酸酯也显示了一定的肾脏保护作用。 The pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy (DN) remains obscure. Recent studies show that the patbogenesis of DN involves in inflammatory mechanisms, reduction of bradykinin,injury of podocytes and microRNA. Because of the complex patbogenesis of DN,there is no specific therapy. Besides the controlling of dietary protein intake and blood glucose, renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system blocker, statins, spironolactone, mycophenolate mofetil also show some protective effects of kidney.
