摘要
太湖流域无锡某污水处理厂在升级改造工程中采用了回流污泥曝气再生技术,介绍了其技术原理、改造措施与流程以及再生池设计。监测数据表明,该工艺运行稳定可靠,出水水质稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。结合实际工程运行情况,对回流污泥曝气再生技术在城市综合污水处理升级改造中的应用进行了研究探讨,对同类型城市综合污水处理工程有一定的借鉴意义。
The technology for aerated regeneration of recycled sludge is used in the upgrading and reconstruction project of a WWTP in the Taihu Lake Basin. The technical principle, reconstruction measures, process and the design of regeneration tank are introduced. The monitoring data indicate that the process has stable and reliable operation. The effluent quality meets the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002 ). Combined with the actual operation of the project, the application of the technology for aerated regeneration of recycled sludge to upgrading and reconstruction of urban comprehensive sewage projects was investigated to provide a reference to similar urban comprehensive sewage projects.
