建立专门的校级保障机构、制定统一的质量保障手册、吸纳学生参与质量保障、实施校外监察员制度、重视学院、学术分部及系的质量评价,这是以牛津大学为代表的英国高校内部质量保障体系的主要特征。建立校级专职质量保障机构、重视学生参与质量保障、培育自我规范、自我约束的质量保障观念,这是给予我国高校内部质量保障体系建设的有益启迪。
The internal higher education quality assurance system in England, as a scheme adopted by University of Oxford, is characteristic of establishment of a professional quality assurance agency on the university level, formulation of a quality assurance handbook based on requirements of institutional audit organized by Quality Assurance Agency, special attention to external examiners's and students participation, and focus on regular monitoring from colleges, academic faculties and departments. The University's adoption of an internal quality assurance provides valuable implications for China's higher education institutions.
