FDA批准盐酸维拉佐酮治疗重度抑郁症 被引量：2

摘要 美国食品药品管理局（FDA）2011年1月21日批准盐酸维拉佐酮（商品名Viibryd）片剂用于治疗成人重度抑郁症。Vi—ibryd属5-HT1A部分激动剂和选择性-HT再摄取抑制剂（selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor，SSRI）双重活性药物，也是第一个吲哚烷基胺类新型抗抑郁药。Viibryd片剂有不同的规格，分别为10、20、40mg。
