摘要
本试验以布氏杆菌ＳＡＴ 为对照试验，建立了ＤｏｔＰＰＡＥＬＩＳＡ 检测猪布氏杆菌病抗体的方法，该法检测的猪ＩｇＧ 含量可达６９９２×１０－ ９ｇ，灵敏性高，不同猪抗ＰＲＶ、ＰＰＶ、ＨＣＶ、ＪＥＶ、ＣＨＬ 等阳性血清发生交叉反应，特异性强；此外该法还具有操作简便、快捷不需特殊试验条件、结果客观、肉眼易于判断、反应膜片可长期保存等优点。适宜在广大基层单位应用，对布病的快速诊检有着十分重要的意义。
A Dot PPA ELISA is developed for the pig serum antibodies detection of Brucellosis and SAT of Brucellosis controlled in this studies. The results indicate that Dot PPA ELISA is a very sensitive and specific test, the minimum amount of pig sera IgG detected by using Dot PPA ELISA ammounts to 6 992×10 -9 g and its specificity is perfect in crossreaction tests with the positive pig serum of PRV, PPV, HCV, JEV, CHL et al. Many advantages of Dot PPA ELISA to detect the Brucella antibodies are described: the test is easy and rapid, no special instrument needed, its results are easy to be determined and the reaction membrain can be stored for a long time et al. In a word, Dot PPA ELISA can be uesed widely to detect the Brucella antibodies of pig and has great significance to detect Brucella antibodies quickly.
