摘要
目的建立防晒类化妆品中二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定法。方法样品用甲醇超声提取,以甲醇-水(体积比为88∶12)为流动相,采用Inersil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流量为1 ml/min,检测波长为356 nm。结果在1~100 mg/L的线性范围内,所得到的含不同空白基质(防晒霜、防晒乳和防晒露)的二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯的回归方程均呈良好的线性关系r,>0.999。该方法的检出限0.05 mg/L,回收率为97.2%~101.5%,RSD为0.68%~2.61%。结论该方法的样品前处理操作简单,分离速度快,回收率高,重现性好,具有较高的准确度和精密度,适用于化妆品中二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯的分析测定。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for the determination of diethylamino hydroxybenzoylhexyl benzoate. Methods The cosmetics samples were extracted with methanol. The analyses were separated with the mobile phase of Methanol:Water=88:12( V: V ) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and determined at the wavelength of 356 nm. Results The linear range of the method was 1.0-100.0 mg/L. The lowest detected limit was 0.05 mg/L. The relative recovery rates of high and moderate concentration were 98.6%-103.1% and 99.9%-105.0%, and the absolute recovery rates were 97.2%-101.4% and 99.2%-101.5%, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,accurate and applicable to the determination of diethylamino hydroxybenzoylhexyl benzoate in cosmetics.
