摘要
应用红细胞C3b受体花环（C3bRR）和免疫复合物花环（ICR）试验，证实大河猪红细胞表面存在补体C3b受体（C3breceptor，C3bR），表明红细胞免疫系统（Redcellimmunesystem，RCIS）的概念亦适用于这种动物。大河猪的RCIS有其独特之处，文中对大河猪红细胞C3bRR和ICR分别代表红细胞表面C3b“空位”和“占位”状态的含义做出了新的解释。
Erythrocytic C3b receptor rosette (C3bRR ) and immune complex rosette (ICR ) tests confirmed that there were C3bRR on the surface of red blood cells of the Dahe Pig, suggesting that the conception of red cell immune system (RCIS) held true in this kind of animals. The RCIS of Dahe Pig was peculiar,and new explanations about the meanings of 'free state' and 'connective state' were given in this paper.
