摘要
为了解研究新复方中药制剂(“沙大净”口服液)对蛋鸡红细胞免疫功能的影响,试验选用35周龄的海兰白蛋鸡80只,随机分成4组,1%“沙大净”组、0.5%“沙大净”组、0.25%“沙大净”组和对照组,每组20只。结果表明:1%“沙大净”组、0.5%“沙大净”组的RBC-C3bRR、RFER都极显著(P<0.01)高于对照组,而RBC-ICR显著低于(P<0.05)对照组。因此,“沙大净”对鸡红细胞的免疫功能有较明显的促进作用。
In order to evaluate effects of new Chinese herbal medicine mixture （＂Sadajin＂） on Immunization of Red Blood Cell in layer. 80 of 35 week old White Hyline layers were randomly divided into 4 groups, 1% ＂ Sadajin＂ group, 0.5% ＂ Sadajin＂ group, 0.25% ＂ Sadajin＂ group and control group, 20 of each group. The results indicated that the groups of 1% ＂ Sadajin＂ and 0.5% ＂ Sadajin＂ were higher significantly than control group at RBC-C3bRR, RFER （P〈0.01）; the groups of 1% ＂ Sadajin＂ and 0.5% ＂ Sadajin＂ were significantly lower than control group at RBC-ICR,（P〈0.05）. The New Chinese herbal medicine mixture （＂sadajin＂） played a significantly role in Immunization of Red Blood Cell of layer.
