目的:利用犬作经腹脊髓损伤在不同压强下观察体感诱发电位(SEP)的变化。方法:记录12只狗在不同的损伤强度(32、36、40kPa)下的脊髓诱发电位(SCEP)和皮层体感诱发电位(CSEP),并比较了它们之间的改变。结果:狗的脊髓受压后SCEP和CSEP的波幅降低,潜伏期延长。其改变有显著性意义,而P波和N波之间改变无显著性差别。结论:对脊髓损伤的敏感性SCEP比CSEP相对较高,对脊髓损伤预后的评估CSEP比SCEP更有价值。
Objectives: To observe the SEP changes under various intensity of pressure in dogs followingtransabdominal spinal cord injury. Mehtods: Spinal cord evoked potential(SCEP) and cortex somatosensory evoked potential(CSEP)were recorded under various intensity of injury(32, 36 and 40 kPa respectively)in 11 dogs, and the resultswere compared with each other. Results: The wave amplitudes of SCEP and CSEP were decreased and the latencies ofthem were prolonged after the dogs spinal cords were comppressd. A significant difference was noted in waveamplitude changes, and no significant difference existed in wave P and wave N changes. Conclusions: The sensitivityof SCEP to spinal cord injury was relatively higher than that of CSEP but the later was more valuable to evaluate theprognosis of spinal cord injury than SCEP.
