摘要
查了１４２例经颅脑ＣＴ扫描确诊的脑出血病人及相同数量对照的行为特征，以探讨Ａ型性格与脑出血的关系。结果表明，病例组ＴＨ、ＣＨ及ＴＨ＋ＣＨ计分均明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）；且与脑出血的ＯＲ间呈明显的剂量反应关系；与Ｂ型性格相比，Ａ型性格的人患脑出血的ＯＲ为２．２８（９５％ＣＩ：１．３６～３．８２），但是按高血压病史调整后ＯＲ为１．４９（９５％ＣＩ：０．７０～３．２１）。提示Ａ型性格可能是借助于影响血压间接地增加了患脑出血的危险性。
Objective:In order to investigate the relationship between type A behavior and cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A matched case control study,with 142 patients with cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed by head CT scan and same amount of community controls,was conducted.Results:Univariate conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that a significant doseresponse relationship existed between total counts of TH+CH and odds ratio( OR )of cerebral hemorrhage.Comparing with type B behavior(B+B),the OR for type A behavior was 2.28(95% CI:1.36～3.82).After adjusting by the history of hypertension,the effects of type A behavior became non significant.Conclusion:So it was inferred that type A behavior probably increased the risk of cerebral hemorrhage by influencing blood pressure.
