摘要
糖尿病是一种由多因素所致的慢性、终身性心身疾病。物质生活水平的提高、生活节奏的加快、社会竞争的加剧和人口的老龄化等因素加重了人们的心理负荷,导致DM的患病率呈逐年上升的趋势。本文着重综述了行为模式、情绪障碍、生活事件、社会支持、认知功能、生存质量及心理行为干预等因素与糖尿病的关系,以分析心理行为因素对DM的发生、发展和愈后的影响。
Diabetes mellitus （DM） is a life-long chronic psychosomatic disease caused by multifactors. People＇s psychological burden was aggravated with the enhancement of material life level, the quickening of life rhythm , the intensifying of social competition and the aging of population. All these factors have led to the rise in the prevalence rate of the DM year by year. In order to analyze the influence of psycho-behavioral factors on the nosogenesis, development and recovery of DM, the association of DM and the multifactors is reviewed in this paper regarding the behavior pattern, the emotional disorder, the life event, the social support, the cognitive function, the life quality, the psycho-behavioral intervention, and so on.
