椎间盘再生基于细胞的治疗策略 被引量:4

摘要 椎间盘退变是人体的一种自然衰老过程,但它可引起一系列疾病如腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症、节段性腰椎不稳和退变性腰椎侧凸等。至今为止,还没有一种理想的方法来治疗椎间盘退变。寻求椎间盘再生治疗的方法,将具有极其重要的意义。
