蒜氨酸、蒜酶及二者联用对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌作用 被引量:9

摘要 目的了解蒜氨酸、蒜酶及蒜氨酸+蒜酶对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的体外抗菌活性。方法采用液体稀释法、平板计数法检测蒜氨酸、蒜酶及蒜氨酸+蒜酶对10株临床分离的MRSA体外抗菌活性,并采用菌落法绘制时间-杀伤曲线。结果蒜氨酸和蒜氨酸+蒜酶均对MRSA有抗菌活性,而蒜酶无作用。结论蒜氨酸和蒜氨酸+蒜酶均为对MRSA敏感的抗菌药物,有望用于治疗由MRSA引起的感染性疾病。 Objective To investigate in vitro antibacterial effects of alliin,alliinase and alliin+alliinase against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).Methods Broth dilution and agar count methods were used to determine in vitro antibacterial effects of alliin,alliinase and alliin+alliinase against 10 clinically isolated MRSA strains.Time killing curves were drawn.Results Alliin and alliin+alliinase showed antimicrobial activities against MRSA,but alliinase could not inhibit their growth.Conclusion Both alliin and alliin + alliinase are antimicrobial drugs sensitive to MRSA and thus have the prospect of treating infectious diseases caused by MRSA.
