摘要
随着司法鉴定改革的深入,司法鉴定人助理制度在我国已经逐步形成,但目前还存在许多问题和不足。通过揭示当前司法鉴定人助理制度的不足,结合我国司法鉴定发展的实际情况,探讨完善司法鉴定人助理制度的措施。
With the deepening of reform in forensic appraisal,the forensic appraisal assistant system has been established in our country.However,there are still some problems and defects in this system.This paper illustrates the defect of the forensic appraisal assistant system,and discusses the measures of improvement on the basis of current development of forensic science in our country.
