摘要
违宪审查是保障宪法实施的重要制度之一。本文针对我国违宪审查制度存在的问题和不足,提出完善的建议:设立宪法委员会作为专门的违宪审查机构,赋予人民法院附带性违宪审查的权力,完善违宪审查制度的具体环节和程序,加强对违宪责任者的制裁。
The judicial review system is checked to be one ol the important systems that a constitution is implemented. Some questions and deficiencies exist in the judicial review of our country. This text puts forward the suggestion of perfecting the judicial review of our country to these questions and deficiencies： set up constitution committee examine organization as special violation of the constitution, give people＇s court power that violation of the constitution check of attaching, perfect the concrete link and procedure of judicial review, strengthen the sanction measure to the responsible person of violating the constitution.
