摘要
综述了建国５０年来我国乳液聚合合成橡胶、合成树脂及合成聚合物乳液工业从无到有、由小到大、由弱到强的发展历程，介绍了我国乳液聚合新产品。
In the present paper the development cause in our country growing out of nothing,from little to a few and from weaker to stronger for the synthetic rubbers, resins and polymer emulsions produced by emulsion polymerization since establishing the state for 50 years is reviewed. The great achievements and the current situation of the theoretical study, the developments of both novel products and new techniques, and applications of emulsion polymer and polymer emulsions are introduced.
