摘要
采用300-450μm的聚酰胺吸附剂管采集空气中的硫双威,经氯仿萃取后用火焰光度检测的气相色谱法直接测定其含量,进行了吸附剂选择、解吸时间和效率、采样稳定性等实验研究,并用该法对菜田喷施现场和生产车间进行了空气检测,收到了满意效果.空气中硫双威的最低检出浓度为0.05mg/m^3;线性范围为0~10mg/m^3,标准加入回收率为98.4%~100.4%;相对标准偏差为2.8%~4.4%.
A method is reported for the determination of thiodicarb in the air by GC. Air samples were collected by polyamide absorbent tube, eluted with chloroform, then determination by GC equipped with flame photometry detector. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise. The sampling efficiency of polyamide to thiodicarb, the eluting efficiency of chloroform and the stability of thiodicarb on polyamide adsorbent were studied. Under the analytical conditions mentioned, detection limit of thiodicarb was 0.05 mg/m3. Average recoveries of thiodicarb were in the range of 98.4%-100.4% . The relative standard deviations were in the range of 2.8%-4.4% .
