摘要 针对我国矿山工业中主扇风机运行需要人工24小时值守监控的情况,设计了一种基于ARM9的自适应矿井主扇风机监控系统,它能实现自动监控。该系统采用DCS结构形式,可扩展性和可维护性强。控制层通过RS 485总线将采集到的信息传输到监控层。为实现可靠的变频控制,采用了一种鲁棒性和自适应能力强的积分分离PID控制算法。对硬件和软件的抗干扰性进行了优化设计,使系统达到了矿山工业的抗干扰等级要求。 According to the situation of main fan monitoring in Chinese mining industry, it is needed 24-hours on duty to manually monitor the main fan running. An adaptive mine fan monitoring system based on ARM9 is designed. The system adopted DSC structure with high expandability and maintainability. The control layer collected the information and transferred to the monitoring layer through the RS485 bus. To achieve reliable variable frequency control, this system adopted the integral separation PID control algorithm which is of good robustness and strong adaptive ability. With optimization design on an- ti-interference of hardware and software, the system achieved the anti-interference level of mining industry.
