摘要
针对车身电泳涂装后涂膜表面粗糙且出现非均匀分布细小颗粒的质量问题,根据相关测量数据和工况的分析,认为磷化槽液流速过快对磷化膜P比的影响和对磷化渣除渣效果的影响是导致上述电泳涂装缺陷的原因,并提出措施解决了上述质量问题。
Base on the quality problem that the paint film on the body surface was crude and nonuniform distribution very much small granule after CED-coating,according to the measured data and working condition,after analyzing,it is concluded that the phosphate tank liquor flow velocity is too fast are the main factors affecting the P ratio and slag separation effectiveness,so brought some resolving and preventing method to worked out the quality problem.
