摘要
针对涂装前处理中的磷化沉渣问题,在分析磷化加工机理的基础上,结合实际工程项目,在生产工艺上采取低渣磷化液、在设备配置上加设除渣设施、在生产管理上保持良好的磷化工序工况等几项措施,达到控制磷化渣危害的目的.
This paper aims to solve the problem of Phosphating residue,which is dealt with before coating.Based on the analyzing of Phosphide texture,along with actual project,the author comes up with several measures,such as adopting low residue phosp hide liquid,installing the facilities of dephosphorization in the equipment,keeping a good working procedure of phosphide in the production and management,etc.so as to control the damage brought by Phosphating residue.
