摘要
在基本培养基单因子试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验设计探讨了IBA、NAA、活性炭等物质的不同配比对叶底红生根培养的影响。结果表明,叶底红的最佳生根培养基为:花宝1号3 g·L-1+IBA 0.5 mg·L-1+活性炭1 g·L-1。
This paper discussed the effects of different combinations of IBA, NAA and active carbon on the rooting culture of Phylla- gathis fordii by using orthogonal experimental design L9 (34) on the base of single factor experiment. It indicated that the optimum combination of the culture conditiom was Huabao No. 1 (3 g · L^-1 ) + IBA(0.5 mg · L^-1) + active carbon (1g · L^-1).
