摘要
回眸高等教育史,不难看出,大学在其产生和发展过程中,形成了一套较为完善的创新机制,有效地促进了创新文化的发展。伴随人类创新力量的增长,大学与政府、产业界合作共同开辟了一个崭新时代——创新文化时代,并于悄然中步入现代知识经济社会的中心,大学在与社会的耦合互动之中,在人类社会发展中的地位和使命日益重要,并不断实现自身的范式转换。大学文化的本质是对人的培养和塑造。大学创新文化是培养创新人才的沃土,在创新人才培养中发挥着根本性、关键性和基础性作用。当下中国的人才培养体制改革需要从文化创新着力,通过人才培养的范式转换,充分实现现代大学的职能,让大学始终引领社会文化前进。
When the course of its development is under review, it can be easily found that the university has, by and large, acquired an innovative mechanism that has effectively promoted the culture of making innovations.
